Your 2025 responses changed things. Now help us go further.

In 2025, nearly 500 PR and communication professionals from 126 countries gave us their time and their perspectives. Here is what we did with them.

What your data showed

What we did with it

  • The findings contributed to the Global Alliance’s Guiding Principles for Responsible AI, updated at the Venice AI Symposium in May 2025.
  • The data was among the key inputs that shaped the Venice Pledge, the Global Alliance’s commitment to responsible AI in communication, which is now signed by professionals worldwide.
  • The findings became a foundational pillar of the Global Alliance’s Responsible Communication Movement, ensuring PR and communication professionals lead with purpose and integrity in an AI-enabled world.
  • The governance gap finding, 91% adoption versus 39% with frameworks, became the foundation for the AI Playbook developed in partnership with CSCE.

Now we need you again

The 2026 survey is live. It builds directly on 2025 but goes further, measuring whether governance is improving, exploring AI’s impact on reputation, and introducing the Annual Tracker: a question we will ask every year to show how the profession’s priorities are shifting.

The 2026 report will be presented at the Global Alliance Board Meeting and European Summit in Prague in May, and the conversation will continue at the World PR Forum in Abuja, Nigeria in November. Your participation in 2025 made that research possible. Your participation in 2026 will shape what those conversations look like.

It takes 15–17 minutes. All responses are confidential and reported in aggregate. The 2026 report will be shared with all participants who provide their email.

Thank you for being part of the research that moves our profession forward.
