On behalf of Global Alliance, we thank you for joining us in June for exciting insights into Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI).

We provided a Master Class on DEI Implementation across the world to equip communication professionals with information on the Global Alliance Global Principles-Based DEI Framework adopted in 2025 as an actionable tool needed to embed equitable practices in organisations and society. The Framework is aimed at supporting the development of practical DEI policies and initiatives while allowing for regional flexibility and cultural adaptation. The master class generated awareness on DEI in general and specifically, the Global Alliance DEI Framework to motivate implementation and strengthen DEI initiatives elsewhere.

Global Alliance extends its gratitude to our resource persons (speakers and moderators) for making time to share their experiences and providing valuable conversations with our network.

We remain confident that DEI month provided the intended benefits of a global outlook to showcasing best practices and innovative strategies in the field of DEI.
