The Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management (Global Alliance) is pleased to announce the appointment of Bradly Howland (South Africa) and Danijel Koletić (Croatia) as Regional Delegates-at-Large on the Global Alliance Board of Directors.
The appointments were unanimously approved by the *Global Alliance Executive Board in accordance with Article 14.2 (iv) of the Global Alliance Bylaws, which states:
“The Executive Board may co-opt a representative member to fill a vacancy in an office representing their membership category. The Executive Board should consider all nominees who ran for election for said term but had been unsuccessful in conjunction with the requirements for the position. A person so co-opted shall hold office only until the next Annual General Meeting, when he/she shall be eligible to be elected to office.”
The appointments fill two vacancies for the position of Regional Delegate-at-Large and further strengthen the Board’s global expertise and representation.
Bradly Howland (South Africa)
Bradly Howland is the Immediate Past President of the Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa (PRISA) and a member of the Global Alliance African Regional Council. He played a leading role in advancing the Africa Declaration on the Professionalisation of Public Relations and Responsible Communication.
Bradly is the CEO of Alkemi Collective, an award-winning marketing and communications consultancy. With more than two decades of experience in strategic communications, reputation management, crisis communication, and integrated brand campaigns, he is widely recognised for his leadership in advancing professional standards across Africa.
Danijel Koletić (Croatia)
Danijel Koletić is the CEO of Apriori World and Secretary-General of the World Innovation and Change Management Institute (WICMI) in Geneva. An internationally respected communications consultant, he has advised corporations, governments, and international organisations across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
He is the founder of the PRO PR Conference and PRO PR Globe Awards and the initiator of the Roman Declaration on Green Communication Responsibility, which was adopted by the Global Alliance at its 2026 Annual General Meeting. He is recognised globally for his leadership in promoting responsible communication, ethics, sustainability, and international collaboration.
