Advance Notice of 2026 AGM

Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management

21st April 2026

Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management announces its Annual General Meeting will take place at Černín Palace, Loretánské nám. 101/5 Prague, Czeck Republic on Friday 22nd May 2026 at 14.30 CET time/13.30 Lisbon/London time (GMT).

In preparation for the Annual General Meeting, please find below the following documents:

  1. Agenda for the 2026 Annual General Meeting.
  2. Minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
  3. Nominating Committee Report.
  4. Adoption of the following documents:
         a) Global Principles of Ethical Practice in PR and Communication Management
         b) Global Alliance Responsible AI Principles for the PR and Communication Profession
         c) Global Alliance Diversity, Equity, Equality and Inclusion Policy Framework
         d) The Roman Declaration on Green Communication Responsibility
  5. Proxy Form.

All members who wish to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) must register by Friday,1st May, 17.00 GMT to secure their participation. Registration is mandatory to ensure proper arrangements and access to meeting materials. Please complete your registration by emailing cao@globalalliancepr.org before the deadline. If you do not register, you cannot attend the AGM.

Should you be unable to attend the AGM, we would appreciate it if you could submit your proxy form to appoint a voting delegate as your proxy. You may delegate this authority to the Global Alliance President, Prof. Justin Green, a Board Member, or another delegate in good standing who will be attending the meeting. The Proxy Form must be submitted to the Global Alliance’s registered office by emailing cao@globalalliancepr.org no later than Friday, 8th May 2026, at 17:00 GMT.

Any questions regarding the items to be discussed at the AGM must be sent by Friday, 15th May at 17.00 GMT by emailing cao@globalalliancepr.org

The Annual Report including the President’s highlights; the Financial Report; and any other motions properly received will be published on the 2026 AGM link.
